




**ArcelorMittal Sestao** is seeking a **Process Engineer** to lead process support within the **Rolling** department at the Sestao plant, with the objective of optimizing and improving process reliability and product quality in alignment with the department’s production, cost, and timeline goals. Key responsibilities for this position include: * Achieving improvements in processes and products regarding quality, capacity, cost, and process reliability. * Leading and participating in projects aimed at enhancing plant performance, proposing improvement action plans, and collaborating on new product development (e.g., trial monitoring, feasibility analysis, process adaptations). * Enhancing and standardizing processes in support of management, defining key process parameters, standardizing best practices, proposing corrective actions, and training personnel. * Ensuring technological leadership by staying current with emerging techniques and R&D developments. * Collaborating directly with other departments, participating in monthly committees, and promoting a supplier-customer approach (both internal and external). * Supporting people management by coordinating and administering available resources, and fostering team training and development. * Participating in Energy Committees, collaborating on the implementation of action plans, operational and maintenance controls, and promoting awareness of the integrated Energy Policy. * Ensuring compliance with internal and external Quality standards and regulations. * Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards and culture. **Requirements**: * Education and experience: University degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or related field.
