If you are proactive, possess solid expertise across all three disciplines, and are passionate about operational excellence, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities:** In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project operations comply with the highest standards of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Quality, and Environmental Management. Your duties will include: * **Safety and Health:** Conduct thorough supervision of the correct implementation and compliance with the Site Safety and Health Plan. This entails continuous monitoring of activities, with particular attention paid to high-risk tasks such as work at height, complex excavations, operation of railway machinery, lifting operations, high-voltage electrical work, confined space interventions, and other hazardous activities. * **Document Management and Training:** Manage and control technical and safety documentation provided by subcontracting companies. Deliver periodic safety briefings and awareness sessions to workers, ensuring all personnel are fully informed of procedures and associated risks. * **Quality:** Play a pivotal role in implementing and rigorously monitoring the Project Quality Plan. This includes defining procedures, conducting inspections and internal audits, and ensuring all deliverables meet technical specifications and client requirements. * **Non-Conformance Management:** Identify, record, investigate, and manage non-conformances arising during project execution. Propose and supervise the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence and ensure continuous improvement. * **Environmental Management:** Ensure strict adherence to the Project Environmental Management Plan. This covers pollution prevention and sustainable resource management. Supervise proper handling of construction site waste—including classification, storage, and disposal—in compliance with current legislation and the project’s environmental objectives. **Requirements:** To succeed in this position, the following are essential: * Formal, certified training in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Demonstrable experience of at least two years performing similar duties across all three areas: OSH, Quality, and Environmental Management. Experience must be comprehensive and cover all disciplines mentioned above. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in the railway sector or in managing infrastructure projects of comparable complexity. * Advanced knowledge of railway-sector-specific regulations. * Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across different hierarchical levels and professional backgrounds. * An organized, methodical individual with exceptional attention to detail.
