Within the **Defense and Security** area, we work on pioneering programs such as **FCAS (Future Combat Air System)**, one of Europe’s most ambitious technological projects, where innovation, advanced analysis, and systems engineering are key to defining future capabilities. **Join our operational analysis team on strategic programs!** As part of our positioning as a leading defense company, we aim to strengthen our team with an **FCAS Operational Analyst**, who will participate in mission, scenario, and capability analysis within a highly technological and international environment. ### **What You’ll Do:** * Conduct operational analysis within complex defense programs, especially FCAS. * Develop models, simulations, and comparative studies to evaluate system alternatives and capabilities. * Execute *trade studies* and multicriteria analyses to support technical decision-making. * Analyze large volumes of operational information and data. * Participate in mission analysis and definition of tactical scenarios. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (systems engineering, simulation, operations). * Contribute to the definition and evaluation of the lifecycle of complex systems. * Prepare technical documentation and presentations for national and international clients. ### **What We’re Looking For:** Don’t worry if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria.
