Participate in problem-solving sessions (root cause analysis, actions, and follow-up). Develop and analyze monthly quality metrics, driving improvement actions to achieve targets. Participate in MRO improvement teams. Participate in updating and simplifying the MRO Quality System based on standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Support external audits (e.g., AENOR, EASA, Civil Aviation Regulations, foreign regulations, customers, etc.).
