We have **references at over 160 airports across more than 40 countries on all five continents**. **Job Description:** --------------------------- AERTEC is seeking to hire a Quality Technician for Handling and PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) services at Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport. The selected candidate will join the airport operations team, ensuring compliance with standards defined by Aena and contributing to the continuous improvement of ground handling, fueling, and PRM assistance services. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Advise on external consultation processes, selection, and implementation of new fuel handling agents and centralized fuel management infrastructure agents (storage and distribution). * Advise during transition periods between fuel handling agents, ensuring proper operational adaptation. * Develop and implement procedures for setting maximum tariffs for centralized fuel management infrastructure, as well as new procedures for uniform control and monitoring of fuel agent activities across the Aena network. * Verify contractual compliance with quality requirements for PRM assistance services through reports, data analysis, and incident evaluation. * Conduct sampling, statistical studies, deviation analyses, and improvement proposals for PRM services when requested by Aena. * Prepare studies assessing the adequacy of airport facilities (areas, counters, routes, spaces, layouts) aimed at optimizing PRM assistance services. * Analyze and monitor handling quality levels, including review of supporting documentation, delay codes, and non-attribution codes. * Manage contractual documentation, attend technical meetings, prepare executive reports, and coordinate information with handling agents and other operational stakeholders. **Required Education:** ------------------------ * Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Management, Aerospace Engineering, or Air Transport Management and Operations. * A Master’s degree related to the airport sector and/or an enabling Master’s degree will be valued. **Requirements:** --------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience in airport security, handling, or consultancy. * Minimum 1 year of experience in airport security, audits, handling control, or technical advisory. * Knowledge of national and international airport security regulations. * Familiarity with **PNS/AVSEC and SGSO** regulations. * Advanced proficiency in tools: **Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD, GIS, SharePoint, SICA**. * Analytical ability, report writing, and proposal development for improvements. * Communication skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders (authorities, airlines, handling companies, security providers). * Strong organizational skills and results orientation. **Languages:** ------------ English level B2 (spoken and written).
