Identify opportunities to improve productivity and processes Participate in continuous improvement and traceability projects Coordinate on-site implementations and train teams Analyze results and ensure data reliability Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams nationally and internationally Who Are We Looking For? Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field +3 years’ experience in continuous improvement, processes, or industrial projects Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license Advanced English proficiency Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills What Do We Offer?
