We are currently seeking an **Aerospace Project Coordinator**, whose primary responsibility will be to ensure the proper technical and administrative execution of aerospace equipment development projects, guaranteeing compliance with contractual requirements, schedules, costs, and quality. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and monitor progress of engineering, manufacturing, and testing activities. * Manage project requirements, ensuring their traceability and compliance. * Develop and maintain the project’s technical and documentation schedule (timelines, milestones, DRL, deliverables). * Coordinate risk management (identification, assessment, and monitoring of mitigation plans). Participate in the preparation and control of project technical documentation (reports, compliance matrices, meeting minutes, etc.). * Support the preparation and coordination of technical reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR, QTR, etc.). * Collaborate on interface management between engineering and production, ensuring consistency among design, industrialization, and testing. * Monitor the technical budget, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Support the Project Director in client interaction and in preparing status reports and contract reviews. **Required Knowledge, Experience, and Candidate Profile:** **Education:** ¶ University degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electronics or related field). ¶ Additional training in project management (PMI, IPMA or similar) and knowledge of aerospace regulations will be valued. **Technical Competencies:** * Minimum required experience: 2–5 years in technical project management for engineering projects, preferably in aerospace or defense environments. * General knowledge of systems engineering, verification and validation, and requirements management processes. * Familiarity with planning and tracking tools (MS Project, Jira, Advanced Excel). * Knowledge of technical documentation and quality management (DRL, compliance matrices). * High level of technical English (minimum B2, C1 preferred). * Ability to draft and manage technical documentation in English. * Advanced proficiency with office productivity tools (MS Office, Visio). **Cross-functional Competencies:** ¶ Strong organizational skills and holistic project vision. ¶ Results-oriented mindset and commitment to deadlines. ¶ Initiative and autonomy. ¶ Analytical ability and attention to detail. ¶ Communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills. ¶ Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. **Additional Notes:** This position targets technically experienced professionals aiming to advance into coordination and management roles within aerospace development environments.
