




### **Description** Our client, a multinational company in the technological consulting sector with international subsidiaries, is seeking to complete its financial management team with the following role: **GROUP TREASURER FOR MULTINATIONAL COMPANY** **POSITION MISSION:** Reporting to the Director of Treasury and Financing, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Group's Treasury function in Spain, supervising the treasury operations of international subsidiaries and consolidating the cash flow for the entire group. ### **Responsibilities** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement defined banking policy, optimizing treasury positions. * Prepare treasury forecasts for specified timeframes. * Provide necessary, relevant, and timely cash flow information to the supervisor and CFO. * Maintain operational-level relationships with banking institutions and provide required information for CFO negotiations with them. * Ensure an accurate payment process in accordance with established accounts payable procedures and processes. * Recommend the most suitable collection and payment instruments for the Group’s operational structure. * Identify and facilitate the use of instruments that improve import financing, including negotiation of insurance coverage. * Supervise preparation of payment methods such as transfers, confirming remittances, and others, ensuring compliance with established procedures and timely execution. * Ensure proper accounting of bank transactions. * Lead the implementation of a cash management tool. * Execute, if applicable, the integration process of treasury departments from companies within the Group. * Lead the Treasury team members, initially two people, ensuring goal achievement and professional development. ### **Requirements** **CANDIDATE PROFILE**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent. Specialized course or specific training in finance and treasury is desirable. A professional with at least **five years** of experience in the treasury department of service companies, having previously performed treasury forecasting. Experience in foreign exchange operations and currency hedging insurance. Experience in coordinating and supervising direct reports. A **high level of English** is required for this position. Proficiency in Office tools. Proficiency in Cash Management applications. Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage. **PERSONALITY:** We are looking for a stable, organized, motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented individual.
