This role reports directly to the General Management. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the people development strategy, organizational culture, and HR planning. * Lead core areas including recruitment, hiring, labor relations, training, organizational climate, performance management, occupational health and safety (PRL), and personnel administration. * Oversee other cross-functional departments: IT systems, volunteering, vocational training, internships, and institutional projects. * Participate in defining the organization’s strategic plan and serve as a key partner to General Management and Executive Leadership. * Act as the primary liaison with the staff committee, leading collective bargaining processes, climate improvement initiatives, and conflict resolution. * Promote the evolution of processes, technological tools, and innovative people management models. * Ensure appropriate support and accompaniment for employees throughout their entire lifecycle within the organization. #### **Professional Profile** * University degree in Psychology, Sociology, Law, Labor Relations, or related fields.
