The Generative AI Specialist at Bip not only develops expertise in generative AI models, but also deepens their understanding of business-related phenomena for our clients and their ability to translate these into solutions, then communicate and apply their results to improve and optimize processes. Our Generative AI Specialists will work within project contexts where data is primarily unstructured (text, images, video, audio) and the focus lies on understanding, processing, and generating solutions from these foundational documents that would not be manageable using classical Data Science techniques. Design scenarios range from using pre-trained models (e.g., LLMs) to training new generative AI models, including *fine-tuning* and transfer learning from commercial models. Additionally, understanding cloud computing is essential for Generative AI Specialists. Since projects often involve large volumes of unstructured data, leveraging cloud-based resources becomes crucial for efficient processing and storage. Familiarity with cloud platforms enables specialists to harness the scalability and flexibility needed to effectively implement and manage end-to-end generative AI projects.
