Functions A professional with solid knowledge of information technologies, capable of managing, documenting and optimizing internal infrastructures and systems within an organization. Responsibilities will include the use and configuration of collaborative and management tools (MS365, project management tools, etc.), applying generative artificial intelligence, and designing internal systems tailored to the organization's needs. Experience in all areas is not essential, but a strong technical foundation and the ability to continuously learn and improve are required. Requirements Experience in: \> Education: preferably a degree in Computer Science (or, alternatively, technical degrees such as Mathematics, Telecommunications or similar). \> ICT Systems and Tools: experience in configuration, administration and use of MS365, SharePoint and collaborative platforms. \> Project Management: familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Planner, Project or equivalent. \> Documentation and Organization: ability to produce technical reports, internal manuals, ICT inventories and process documentation. \> Regulations and Security: knowledge of GDPR, ENS, and privacy and confidentiality regulations applied to computer systems. \> Development and maintenance of internal systems: implementation and configuration of productivity and management tools. \> Organizational and communication skills: ability to structure technical information and communicate it clearly. \> Generative Artificial Intelligence: experience using AI tools for task automation, content generation and data analysis.
