It is characterized by its long-standing history, financial solidity, and the motto "We protect what matters most to you," aiming to provide peace of mind and customer satisfaction through a network of over 400 offices across Spain. **Position Description** Responsible for leading and coordinating the team of technical specialists in Operations, SES, CCTV, and PCI systems, ensuring maximum effectiveness while complying with both the internal planning and policies of the Security Division and applicable legislation and regulations in this field. **Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities** **Ensure the proper functioning of all security systems (CCTV, SES, PCI).** * Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians in each unit. * Ensure integration, coordination, and operational efficiency across units. * Guarantee compliance with current regulations concerning SES, PCI, and CCTV security. * Coordinate work carried out by external providers and subcontracted companies (e.g., maintenance, installations). * Prepare technical reports and propose operational improvements. * Conduct internal audits at various corporate facilities, identifying potential risks and vulnerabilities and proposing mitigation measures. * Manage incidents and track necessary actions for their resolution. * Report directly to the Security Directorate. * Monitor the budget for the Organizational Unit’s expenses. **Requirements** * Advanced knowledge of SES, CCTV, and PCI systems * Advanced knowledge of Corporate Security **Employee Benefits** * Meal vouchers * Mobile phone **Additional Information** **Professional certification as Security Director, as well as certification as Installer Technician for Security Systems, will be valued.** * Capabilities: leadership, planning, decision-making, communication, and people management. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability.
