ONDOAN, a leading business group specializing in mechanical installations for industry and construction, as well as technical assistance and maintenance services for installations, seeks to hire a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician at its Madrid (Majadahonda) office to provide maintenance services for the installations of a shopping center. We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and other trades related to equipment and installations in hotels, residential buildings, and office buildings. Main responsibilities: * Comprehensive preventive maintenance and air-conditioning tasks required to ensure proper operation and optimal condition of installations (controls, tests). * Resolution of various types of breakdowns (air conditioning, heating, plumbing, electricity, etc.) We offer: * Opportunity to join a solid and expanding company * Job stability. Preferred qualifications: * Refrigeration technician license, RITE certification. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Certification for handling fluorinated gases, regardless of charge. * Basic PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks) training. * Residence in Majadahonda.
