Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician and Supplier Coordinator to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and manage suppliers and SLAs. Key Highlights: 1. Support to the Maintenance team and Operations Managers **Maintenance Technician and Supplier Coordinator – Headquarters (Madrid)** ========================================================================================== Start Date: Immediate Salary: 25.000 € **Job Description** -------------------------- We are looking for a Maintenance Technician and Supplier Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring the proper functioning of our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring that maintenance work is carried out according to standards, managing suppliers, monitoring SLAs, and using CMMS tools for incident tracking. You will provide direct support to the Maintenance team and to the Operations Managers of our centers. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Daily management of maintenance suppliers: HVAC, hot water systems, cleaning, multi-skilled technicians, etc. * Incident tracking in CMMS: analysis, assignment, and compliance monitoring. * SLA and service quality monitoring, including handling difficult conversations when required. * Monitoring of the budget allocated per region and reporting of variances. * Periodic visits to centers together with Cluster and Regional Managers to identify needs. * Operational meetings with suppliers to review progress, negotiate improvements, and provide feedback. * Support to the Maintenance Manager in planning preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. **Candidate Profile** ----------------------- * Prior experience in facility maintenance, either with a supplier company or end-client. * Familiarity with and regular use of CMMS systems (ideally for ticket and supplier tracking). * Experience in supplier management, SLA monitoring, and incident resolution. * Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills. * Excellent communication skills and ability to handle demanding situations. * Willingness to travel to various centers. **What We Offer** ------------------- * The opportunity to join a leading company in the fitness sector, currently undergoing rapid expansion. * A dynamic, collaborative, and continuously improving work environment. * Genuine professional development within a growing department with new projects.
