With over 20 years of experience as a handling services provider, Globalia is a benchmark in the airport sector, operating at more than 12 national airports where we provide ground handling services to the world’s leading airlines. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Law Degree, with recommended experience in Equality and in a Labor Relations Department (HR Management), focused on supporting the implementation of labor and equality policies within the organization. Strong academic training and in-depth knowledge of labor legislation and regulations—as well as equality-related laws—are required, along with excellent communication skills and a firm commitment to promoting a fair and equitable workplace. The selected candidate must have 3–4 years of relevant experience to assume the following responsibilities: * Providing ongoing advisory services on labor matters. * Labor inspections. * Sanctions, conciliations, dismissals, etc. * Occasional attendance at court hearings. * Negotiating, implementing, and developing the Company’s Equality Plan. * Monitoring audits and the Company’s Remuneration Register; preparing follow-up and evaluation reports on the Equality Plan We offer the selected candidate a future-oriented career plan and an outstanding opportunity to learn and develop professionally.
