





We are seeking, for an established professional firm, a **Labor Consultant** with proven experience in comprehensive payroll and social security management for a client portfolio (SMEs and self-employed individuals). If you possess in-depth knowledge of **Labor Law and Collective Bargaining**, and are proficient in official platforms (RED System, SILTRA), we invite you to join our team. **Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Personnel Management Expertise** The Labor Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all matters related to human resources and socio-labor legislation: * **Payroll and Social Security Processing:** * Monthly calculation and preparation of payrolls, extra payments, and settlements (e.g., severance payments). * Preparation and submission of social security contributions via the **RED System and SILTRA**. * **Hiring and Official Procedures:** * Drafting and managing all types of employment contracts, extensions, and contractual modifications. * Managing registrations, cancellations, data updates, and temporary disability reports (IT) with the Social Security Administration. * Preparation of tax withholding forms (Form 111 and Form 190). * **Strategic Advisory Services:** * Addressing clients’ daily inquiries regarding collective bargaining agreements, working hours, leaves, and permissions. * Supporting clients during labor inspections and managing employment regulation procedures (ERTE/ERE). * Maintaining up-to-date personnel files for the assigned client portfolio. **Essential Candidate Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum **3–5 years** of recent, demonstrable experience as a Labor Consultant or Social Graduate in a law firm or consultancy. * **Education:** University degree in **Labor Relations and Human Resources** (*Social Graduate*), Law, or a related field. * **Legal Knowledge:** Advanced command of current Spanish labor legislation, including frequently applicable **collective bargaining agreements** (e.g., metalworking, retail, offices, and professional services sectors). * **Tools:** Expert proficiency in **payroll software** (e.g., A3nom, Nominasol, Sage) and fluent use of Social Security platforms (**RED System, SILTRA, Contrat@**). * **Skills:** Strong organizational ability to meet fixed deadlines (e.g., payroll closing cycles), meticulous attention to detail, and excellent client communication skills. **Employment Conditions** * **Contract:** Stable position with an **indefinite-term contract** (*indefinite-term contract*). * **Development:** Integration into a specialized team offering continuous professional development support in labor legislation. * **Compensation:** Competitive salary commensurate with technical expertise in labor consultancy.
