Technical advisory services to producer cooperatives in Latin America We are seeking a Quality Control Technician to manage multi-origin imports of coffee and cocoa from Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela, and Cuba. This includes coordination of logistics, documentation, and customs procedures, as well as supervision of Incoterms and international transit to the European Union. The role also involves specialized regulatory management, processing files with state entities in complex origins such as the Caribbean, under specific protocols and current export regulations in Colombia and Brazil. Physical\-chemical analysis and technical cupping of green coffee beans in cultivation zones will be required to certify the quality of "Specialty Coffee" prior to shipment. Additionally, technical advisory services will be provided to producer cooperatives in Latin America to improve cultivation practices and ensure compliance with European non-deforestation regulations, implementing local development projects. Project management experience and familiarity with other ERP systems will be valued; proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. A minimum of 24 months of experience in technical\-scientific quality control is required. The position offers an indefinite-term contract, full-time employment, and an annual gross salary of 25\.000 €.
