Description

Orfi is an AI notetaker for hiring teams. We analyze screening, behavioral, and technical interviews and provide insights into candidate skills. We aim to use AI to make hiring more efficient while keeping it human. Requirements: * AI integration experience. Skilled at working with LLM APIs such as Anthropic or OpenAI, and comfortable using LangChain to orchestrate calls, manage context, caching, and prompt logic. * Strong backend engineering with Python. Able to design and maintain production services, work with async workflows, understand the existing infrastructure, and operate confidently with APIs and cloud deployment. * Ability to design multi\-stage data pipelines. Comfortable identifying useful inputs, integrating new data sources, and building stepwise analysis flows from multimodal content. * Practical experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams to explore ideas, prototype quickly, and ship features without hand\-holding. * Solid observability skills. Able to set up monitoring, logging, and fallback strategies for production AI features. * Upper intermediate or higher proficiency level in English **Nice to have:** * Experience building agentic or tool\-based LLM workflows, including agentic reasoning loops. * Experience with RAG, embeddings, retrieval systems, or vector databases. * Experience with multimodal data processing, including audio, video, and images. * Machine learning and NLP background beyond basic LLM usage. Practical experience training models, running evaluations, and working with standard metrics. * Experience in early\-stage startups or teams where autonomy and speed matter. **Tech stack:** * Python * Kafka * Helm * GitLab, ArgoCD, Grafana, Sentry * LangChain * Anthropic, Assembly What you will do: * Build AI features that turn multimodal interview data into clear, reliable insights. Design multi\-step analysis flows that combine audio, transcripts, screen recordings, and structured inputs into actionable reports for recruiters. * Shape what AI features exist from concept to production. Work with recruiters, designers, and full\-stack developers to define opportunities, decide what should be built, shape the solution, and drive it through delivery. * Improve and refine existing AI workflows based on user feedback and data. Raise quality, cut waste, and keep the balance between performance and cost. * Establish and maintain evaluation pipelines that measure performance, guide versioning, and validate improvements. Use results to choose approaches rather than rely on guesswork.
