Description

We are launching a **new high\-quality bakery in Marbella (Costa del Sol)** and are looking for an experienced **French baker** to become the **Head of Production** for this exciting project. This is a unique opportunity to lead the creation of a bakery that will focus on **authentic French bread, viennoiserie, and classic pastries** and introduce true French artisan quality to a market where local bakeries often do not match the level of French craftsmanship. **About the Role** As our **Head Baker**, you will: * Lead the full production of breads, pastries (croissants, pains au chocolat, brioches), and simple pastry sweets (éclairs, tarts, etc.) * Develop and refine recipes to achieve consistent, premium\-level quality * Organise and manage daily production schedules * Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and ingredient quality * Build and manage a **growing team of bakers** as the business expands * Help shape the identity and reputation of a new brand in the region Our main clients will be **high\-end hotels, restaurants, and luxury businesses** that demand exceptional products.
