Descripción We are looking for a **Senior Product Manager** with deep expertise in healthcare, medtech, or AI\-driven products. You will lead end\-to\-end strategy, design, and delivery of core AI product capabilities, directly impacting both healthcare providers and patients. This role requires balancing **clinical rigor, regulatory compliance, and product agility**, translating complex technical and medical concepts into actionable product solutions. You’ll collaborate with clinicians, AI scientists, engineers, and commercial teams to drive products from concept to real\-world deployment. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute the roadmap for AI healthcare product capabilities. * Collaborate with clinicians, regulatory experts, and engineers to ensure features meet **safety, privacy, and compliance standards** (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, MDR/FDA). * Use data and experimentation to optimize adoption, engagement, and product quality. * Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear requirements and user stories. * Partner with AI and engineering teams to scope innovative features without compromising safety or compliance. * Champion user needs for both clinicians and enterprise customers. Requisitos básicos * 5\+ years in product management; 2\+ years in **healthcare, healthtech, medtech, or AI/ML\-driven products**. * Proven track record of launching **impactful B2B SaaS or enterprise products**, preferably with measurable user outcomes. * Experience leading cross\-functional teams (clinicians, engineers, AI scientists). * Strong understanding of **AI technologies, healthcare workflows, and regulatory frameworks**. * Highly autonomous, pragmatic, results\-oriented, and comfortable navigating high\-pressure environments. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred:** * Experience with clinical evaluation frameworks (vignettes, OSCE, scorecards). * Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) or APIs for wearables. * Background in medical practice, biomedical engineering, or clinical research. **Soft Skills \& Mindset** * Total autonomy with minimal supervision. * Competitive, high\-performance mindset with a strong work ethic. * Remote\-friendly team player with excellent communication. * Quick learner, adaptable, and comfortable with a **fast\-paced, high\-demand startup culture**.
