#### **What will you do in the team?**
As a gerocultor/a, you will **contribute to the well-being and quality of life of older adults**, accompanying them daily with close, respectful, person-centered care, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Your main responsibilities as a **gerocultor/a** at **Sanitas Mayores** will be...
**Accompany residents in daily living activities and basic care**, supporting hygiene, feeding, and mobility, thereby contributing to their **well-being and quality of life**.
**Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition**, participating in **Individualized Care Plans**.
**Collaborate closely with the center’s professionals**, maintaining open communication with residents and families to provide **comprehensive, person-centered care**.
**Record residents’ daily progress**, ensuring continuity of care.
#### **What do you need?**
#### **Education:**
Professional Certificate in Sociosanitary Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions, or Vocational Training in Nursing Assistant or Sociosanitary Care
#### **Other skills and knowledge:**
We value a **vocation for caregiving**, **empathy**, **observational ability**, **teamwork**, and **close communication with residents and their families**.
