At Autohero, we are looking for a customer service teleoperator for our offices in Madrid, with experience in customer service and great motivation to keep growing within the sector. **Your new role** ------------ Your responsibilities: * Receiving and making customer calls, as well as managing incident and complaint mailboxes. * Resolving customer inquiries regarding payment processes, financing, and warranties. * Coordinating vehicle deliveries with customers. **Your skills** ------------------- Requirements: * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector. * Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate effectively. * Motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, organized person with attention to detail. * Basic knowledge of vehicles and related documentation is a plus. **Our offer** ------------------ We offer: * Permanent contract * Working hours: Monday-Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 * Work location: Plaza Castilla / Cuzco / Valdeacederas * Flexible compensation + company benefits.
