




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to provide administrative support, responsible for managing deliveries and shipments, resolving incidents, and settling shipments, working both independently and as part of a team. Use of management software and Excel We are looking for a self-motivated and well-organized person to fill an administrative support position in Azuqueca de Henares. Tasks will include managing deliveries and shipments, ensuring all shipments depart correctly and on time. The candidate will also handle any issues arising during the process, always seeking optimal solutions. Another key responsibility will be settling payments with delivery personnel based on shipments. Proficiency in management software is required, with particular emphasis on experience using AS/400\. Strong Excel skills are also essential for organizing data and generating reports. We seek someone capable of working both independently and collaboratively. This is a temporary contract with afternoon working hours, Monday through Friday, from 15:00 to 19:00. Compensation will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Experience using AS/400\. Knowledge and proficiency in Excel. Organizational ability and attention to detail. Incident resolution skills.
