In particular we are looking for **Strategic Sourcers** to strengthen our team! Strategic Sourcers enhance our Recruitment team by enabling us to strategically headhunt and engage niche talent across Europe. If you are passionate about making an impact in business by getting the best talent on board, and you have innovative ideas about how and where to find the right people – we’d love to hear from you! **Responsibilities** * Partner with Recruiting and Sourcing Leads to design and execute sourcing strategies for consulting roles across Europe. * Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future consulting demand, including niche and senior\-level profiles. * Act as a Subject Matter Expert in sourcing methodologies, advising stakeholders on best practices and market insights. * Proactively source and deliver pre\-qualified consulting candidates, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs. * Provide an exceptional candidate experience, nurturing relationships and promoting Accenture’s employer brand. * Deliver data\-driven insights through reporting and stakeholder updates; contribute to sourcing meetings and project plans. * Coach and mentor team members to elevate sourcing capabilities. * Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X\-Ray, social platforms) to identify top consulting talent. \#LI\-EU **Basic requirements** * Experience of sourcing both high\-volume campaigns and niche, targeted recruitment efforts utilizing a range of sourcing strategies. * Solid experience of recruiting direct candidates from a range of different sources. * An effective and influential communicator who is comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders regarding recruitment best practice (an expert advisor). * Ability to provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform recruitment strategies. * Track record of managing both high\-volume campaigns and niche searches using diverse sourcing channels. * Collaborative team player; promoting inclusion, seeking continuous improvement through day\-to\-day work and leading by example. * Experience with MS Excel and PPT and adept at leveraging data from ATS, CRM and other sources to tell data led stories and influence outcomes. * Growth mindset and proactively committed to continuous learning * Fluent English.
