Description
Job Responsibilities
\-Assisting residents with daily hygiene, personal grooming, and dressing.
\-Supporting meal intake and monitoring hydration.
\-Assisting with transfers (bed-to-chair), ambulation, and repositioning to prevent pressure ulcers.
\-Collaborating with the nursing team in administering scheduled medications and taking vital signs.
\-Promoting resident autonomy and participation in cognitive and social stimulation activities.
Requirements
Mandatory qualification: Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions.
Experience: Prior work experience in residential care facilities or with persons with disabilities.
Skills: Empathy, patience, teamwork ability, and excellent interpersonal communication.
Availability:
Morning shift position: 7:10 AM to 2:20 PM.
Afternoon shift position: 2:00 PM to 9:10 PM.
