**About the Clinic**
Established plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine clinic at La Zarzuela University Hospital, Madrid. The aesthetic medicine unit employs state-of-the-art technologies and personalized treatment protocols, serving demanding patients who value natural outcomes, discretion, and medical judgment.
We are seeking to hire a **Clinical Assistant** to integrate into the clinic’s daily operations, supporting both facial and body treatments.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Preparation of treatment cabins, aesthetic devices, and disposable materials prior to each procedure.
* Medical assistance during facial procedures.
* Assistance in facial and body treatments using aesthetic devices such as **INDIBA® , Fractional CO2 Laser, laser hair removal, etc**.
* Patient reception and management of appointments and clinical records within the clinic’s clinical software.
* Explanation of pre- and post-treatment instructions for both facial and body procedures.
* Inventory control, expiry date monitoring, cleaning, and basic maintenance of aesthetic devices.
**Essential Requirements**
* Qualification as a Clinical Assistant with complementary training in aesthetics, or equivalent officially recognized qualification.
* Minimum of **2 years** of professional experience.
* Proficiency in operating medical aesthetic devices (radiofrequency, laser, intense pulsed light, or similar).
* Knowledge of asepsis, sterilization, and material traceability protocols.
* Excellent personal presence, attentive interpersonal skills, and ability to uphold confidentiality as a core value.
* Fluent use of office software and clinical practice management systems.
**Desirable Qualifications**
* Prior experience with **INDIBA®**, **Fractional CO2 Laser**, or equivalent devices.
* Specific training in **carboxytherapy**, **chemical peels**, or other related protocols.
* Experience in laser hair removal.
* Training in clinical photography and standardized imaging protocols.
* Conversational English (for international patients).
