2. Varied, challenging, and non-routine work with custom-built equipment.
3. Continuous technical training and opportunities for professional growth.
**Shape the future of chemical engineering—without ever leaving the workshop!**
Are you fascinated by watching unique equipment being built from scratch? Would you like to work on projects where science, engineering, and technology intersect daily?
From **RAS Recruiting**, a division specialized in direct recruitment, we support you in finding your next professional project. Currently, we are looking for an **ELECTROMECHANICAL ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN** to join directly a leading company in the design and manufacturing of pilot plants for chemical laboratories, located in the **MADRID** area.
This is not about doing the same thing repeatedly: each piece of equipment is different, custom-built for the specific project—meaning varied, challenging, and non-routine work.
**WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?**
You will join the department responsible for bringing equipment to life at the factory, handling the complete assembly of industrial systems for chemical research. Your responsibilities will include:
* Tubing and fitting assembly.
* Configuration of controllers and electrical devices.
* Supervision of external suppliers during assembly.
* Quality inspection according to the technical test plan.
* Occasional technical support if issues arise within your area of expertise (all performed without leaving the workshop).
**WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?**
* Education in Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
* Prior experience in assembling or repairing industrial machinery.
* Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, enjoys teamwork, and communicates clearly.
##### **WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?**
* Fixed morning schedule Monday to Friday, with early departure on Fridays and holidays’ eves.
* Direct employment with the company from day one.
* Competitive salary, commensurate with your experience and specialization.
* Continuous technical training and genuine opportunities for professional growth.
* Private medical insurance.
**Why is this project different?**
Because it is not mass production assembly. Every piece of equipment you assemble addresses a real challenge in the chemical industry—meaning you learn something new with every project. If you enjoy working with your hands—and your mind—this is the place for you.
**Apply now and start building something unique!**
