You will be responsible for end-to-end management of building construction projects, covering both new construction and renovations, with a primary focus on **public works contracts**. **Your responsibilities:** * **Lead** on-site execution (new construction and residential/institutional renovations). * **Manage** relationships with public administration bodies and technical supervision authorities. * **Control** economic, technical, and delivery scheduling. * **Coordinate** internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers in the Madrid area. * **Ensure** compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Requirements * **Education:** Architecture, Building Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals, and Ports). * **Experience:** Proven experience as Site Manager for building construction projects, especially in **public works**, new construction, and renovations. * **Licenses:** Valid Class B driving license. * **Location:** Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas.
