As a leading company in Defense and Security, we aim to strengthen our team with a **C‑UAS Project Manager**, to join a **high-security and highly confidential strategic project**, participating in the development and deployment of **C‑UAS capabilities** in national and international environments. **What will you do?** --------------- As C‑UAS Project Manager, you will be responsible for the **planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex projects**, acting as the central hub between clients, internal teams, and strategic partners. Act as the **primary liaison** with Defense agencies, armed forces, government entities, and strategic suppliers. Develop and maintain an up-to-date **project plan** (WBS, schedule, budget, risks, and key stakeholders). Monitor **project progress**, defining control and tracking mechanisms. Manage the **budget**, ensuring accurate cost allocation and deviation control. Lead and coordinate **multidisciplinary teams** (engineering, R\u0026D, logistics, quality, and security). Define roles, responsibilities, and **team communication channels**. Foster a **high-performance culture**, accountability, and regulatory compliance. Efficiently manage **human and material resources** of the project. Coordinate interactions between internal departments and the **Program Office**. Act as the **primary point of contact with the client**. Prepare and present **status reports** to management and the client.
