The professional in this position will be responsible for the end-to-end management of administrative and operational processes, providing daily support to finance and human resources departments. Key responsibilities include office procurement and supply administration, cost control, and ensuring material availability, as well as coordinating with suppliers and government entities to comply with regulations and maintain efficiency. The role also involves managing key corporate documentation—such as contracts and powers of attorney—and keeping it up to date. In the financial domain, the role entails reconciling supplier accounts, resolving discrepancies, and managing both incoming and outgoing billing flows. It includes monitoring suspense accounts and outstanding items, timely clearing them to ensure accounting record accuracy and to support monthly and annual financial cycles. In the human talent area, the role requires reporting payroll updates to the external payroll provider, administering the payroll schedule, and reviewing payroll settlements prior to submission to treasury. It also involves coordinating recruitment processes with external agencies, managing corporate travel, and legalizing associated expenses—contributing to operational smoothness and a positive work environment. The contract is temporary and full-time. Demonstrable experience in administrative and financial functions is required, including procurement management, supplier coordination, and handling of legal and banking documentation. Practical knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP is essential—particularly for processing purchase requisitions (SOLPED) and ensuring their traceability. Additionally, experience in operational HR tasks—such as payroll update management and support in recruitment processes—is considered a strong asset.
