We are hiring Customer Service Teleoperators for a service fully dedicated to assisting users of the public water supply utility. If you enjoy helping others, we invite you to join this project with the following responsibilities: * Handling general inquiries (information on supply data, usage, payment methods, account balance, current account status, customer request status, etc.). * Managing service subscriptions, changes of account holder, service cancellations, and service reconnections. * Providing information regarding inspections, service interruptions, and connections: scheduling appointments with customers, handling license and permit procedures, and settlements. * Managing meter readings, reporting faults, and card-based payment procedures. * WE OFFER: * Preliminary training (selective and unpaid) from 17/08 to 04/09, 9:00–15:00, at our facilities in Torrejón de Ardoz (7 days in-person, remaining sessions online from your home). * Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, with a **fixed afternoon shift from 16:00 to 20:00.** * Salary according to the Contact Center Collective Agreement for 20 hours = €732 gross/month. * Possibility of hybrid remote work, subject to meeting quality and productivity targets. * Stable project. * Location in Torrejón de Ardoz, accessible by public transport from Renfe’s Soto del Henares station (with company shuttle), and convenient parking for those arriving by car. !!
