The hired person will perform two functions: gardening worker and container repair. In gardening, the duties will include transplanting, pruning, and trimming plants; collecting plants to prevent pests and diseases… The brush cutter and leaf blower will also need to be used. Regarding container repair, the person will follow a route, load containers, and transport them to the factory for repair. Familiarity with basic tools such as screwdrivers is desirable, and good physical condition is required to handle container loading. Gardening experience is mandatory. * Competencies / knowledge: Gardening training is an advantage * Temporary employment contract (5 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: €1,184 * Additional relevant information: Candidates must hold a certificate of intellectual disability, mental health disability, or physical disability (≥65%). Must not have held an indefinite-term contract in the previous 3 months. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays is required in case of emergencies.
