Job Summary: Ineco is seeking an Architect to advise on and manage construction projects for railway stations—from design through to handover—including drafting technical specifications and project monitoring. Responsibilities \- Providing advisory support throughout each phase of station construction projects (definition, analysis, design, tendering, construction/development, implementation, testing, and handover). * Drafting technical specifications based on the client’s internal documentation regarding technical specification content. * Supporting preparation of specific tender documents, including systematic collection and classification of required documentation. * Designing, developing, and defining various station elements from technical and architectural perspectives. * Technically monitoring development and execution of projects drafted by external teams, as well as supervising such projects and coordinating with other departments. * Technically monitoring development of design supervision services carried out by external teams. * Supporting technical evaluations of projects during tenders. * Preparing technical reports and recommendations on construction works. * Delivering technical presentations. * Compiling progress reports on ongoing projects. * Drafting reports (e.g., accessibility reports, evaluated scope studies and notes, institutional requests, etc.). * Managing external procedures (General Sub-Directorate for Inspections and Construction Works, State Agency for Railway Safety). * Designing, coordinating, and managing signage and furniture-related matters. * Assuming the role of technical director—specifically as site manager or construction manager—for small-scale works not affecting railway infrastructure subsystems, structural modifications, or significant facility alterations requiring full legal certification of installations. * Providing expert ad-hoc advice during coordination of projects, construction works, or external procedures related to managed stations. Requirements Experience: Experience in building projects and construction within railway environments or transport-related contexts. Overall professional experience: \> 10 years Experience in this position: 5 years Qualifications: Degree in Architecture; Master’s in Architecture.
