The selected candidate will be responsible for managing on-site construction execution, monitoring compliance with deadlines and quality standards for both installations and finishes. Reporting directly to the Construction Director, the role involves coordinating and supervising objective achievement while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specifications. Responsibilities also include construction scheduling and planning, financial close-out management, and preparation of comparative reports, quantity surveys, proforma management, and certifications.
