Junior Construction Technician / Trainee Technician – Las Rozas

At **Optima Investments**, we are seeking a **Junior Technician / Trainee Technician** to support the team in monitoring and managing projects and construction works. We are looking for an organized, solution-oriented individual eager to learn, with academic training or knowledge in **Technical Architecture, Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields**. Key responsibilities will include monitoring construction works and projects, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers, interacting with clients, requesting and tracking quotations, assisting with basic quantity take-offs, reading and interpreting technical drawings, managing documentation, placing orders, handling technical incidents and emails—all under the supervision of the team. The following will be especially valued: * Proficiency in **Excel**. * Familiarity with **3D rendering and visualization tools**. * Experience using design, drafting, or measurement software. * Strong organizational and follow-up skills. * Prior experience—even internships—in construction companies, architectural studios, engineering firms, or renovation projects. * Residence in, or easy commuting access to, the **Las Rozas / Európolis** area. **Location:** Las Rozas de Madrid **Working hours:** Full-time **Salary:** approximately **€19,400 gross per year**, depending on experience and profile fit.
