Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the accounting department responsible for comprehensive accounting management—from data entry to fiscal year-end closing and coordination with external auditors. Preparation of tax-related information and information for auditors For a freight transportation company located in Barajas, Madrid, we are seeking a professional for the accounting department. Main responsibilities include monthly data entry from the freight management software into A3CON, reviewing and correcting potential errors in payroll records, invoices, collections, payments, and accruals. You will also be responsible for reconciliation of adjustments, management of expense accruals, analytical allocation of revenues and costs, and fixed asset control—including additions, disposals, and depreciation. Additionally, you will perform accruals, year-end adjustments, monthly accounting closings, and prepare the income and cost statement. You will prepare necessary information for quarterly tax settlements, annual financial statements, and respond to requests from external auditors, coordinating closely with the tax advisory firm and other departments. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required, proficiency in A3CON or similar software (mandatory), English at B2 level, experience in analytical accounting, and knowledge of VAT, withholding taxes, and Corporate Income Tax. Strong Excel skills are essential. We offer an indefinite full-time contract, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00, with a one-hour lunch break. The gross annual salary ranges between 25\.000€ and 27\.000€.
