As Senior Director, Commercial – Genetic Sciences Division (GSD) EMEA, you will lead the commercial organization for one of Thermo Fisher’s most dynamic and strategic divisions. This is an opportunity to drive transformative growth across genomic technologies, connect science to real\-world impact, and influence the next chapter of Life Sciences innovation in EMEA. \_\_ **What You’ll Do** ------------------ * Lead Growth \& Strategy: Define and complete the commercial strategy for GSD across EMEA, in partnership with Global GSD and the EMEA Life Sciences Leadership Team. * Drive Commercial Excellence: Deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), achieving revenue and margin goals across direct and channel sales models. * Build the Go\-to\-Market Model: Translate global strategy into impactful regional execution, aligning with Global Business Unit leaders to ensure market success. * Champion Customer Experience: Develop trusted, senior\-level connections with key customers and partners; represent Thermo Fisher and GSD at the highest levels in the industry. * Encourage Teams: Attract, develop, and empower a diverse, high\-performing commercial team across the region.
