Job Summary: Deloitte is seeking a senior professional for its Technology Resilience team to lead the investigation and resolution of critical incidents and provide strategic guidance to clients undergoing technological transformation. We are seeking a senior incident response and advanced technical management professional to join Deloitte’s Technology Resilience team. This business line comprises a multidisciplinary team that leads technological transformation for national and international clients. This role is essential for leading teams in the investigation, containment, and resolution of critical incidents, as well as providing strategic guidance to clients and stakeholders. What will your day-to-day look like? You will lead, execute, and manage projects to develop digital resilience and business continuity capabilities across organizations in various sectors. You will design and support the implementation of plans to ensure continuity of critical services during technological incidents that may cause disruption. You will develop cyber-resilience and operational resilience frameworks, including risk analysis, technology dependencies, and unavailability scenarios. You will report to senior management on the digital operational resilience status of entities by building reporting models and dashboards. You will participate in the design and execution of crisis simulations and exercises, collaborating on preparing senior leadership and incident management committees. Who are we looking for? Minimum 2 years of experience in incident response and cybersecurity crisis management Experience studying, analyzing, and adapting to key resilience and business continuity standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 22301, NIS, CRA, DORA, etc.). Experience managing and leading multidisciplinary technical teams. High level of English proficiency, as many of our clients are international. What is it like to work at Deloitte?
