Are you passionate about the world of talent and eager to take your first steps in talent acquisition? This is your opportunity! **What will you do on a daily basis?** Support recruitment and selection processes: posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating interviews. Participate in face-to-face interviews. Collaborate in managing candidate databases and tracking tools. Support employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the talent acquisition area. **What are we looking for?** Final-year undergraduate or master’s students in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar disciplines. Interest in talent acquisition and eagerness to learn. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Intermediate proficiency with office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Location: 100% On-site Mode in Ciudad Lineal Start Date: **September 7** **Minimum Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. * Ability to sign an internship agreement with your educational institution (university or business school). * Interest in talent acquisition and motivation to learn in a professional setting. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in administrative and tracking tasks. * Basic knowledge of office software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Availability to undertake an internship on a part-time or full-time basis (subject to availability). * Fluent Spanish (both spoken and written). Knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus. * Proactive attitude, willingness to contribute ideas, and participate in talent area projects.
