Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field. Postgraduate certification or studies in Organizational Design and Compensation are valued. Minimum 4–5 years of experience in compensation, analytics, or salary planning.
