What will help you succeed: * Demonstrating deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot and React/Next.js to design scalable, hexagonal architectures that align with client’s Tech standards. * Acting as the bridge between the Product Owner and the SQUAD, translating business innovation goals into a refined, actionable technical backlog. * Successfully orchestrating critical connections with corporate systems, including SSO/Active Directory, Docuten (NDAs), and Retool for operations. * Elevating the team’s output by enforcing best practices and implementing AI\-driven development tools to accelerate delivery cycles. * Ensuring rigorous code quality and meeting key milestones during the Launch and Consolidation phases within the internal cloud infrastructure.
