Position Summary: A professional responsible for defining, establishing, and evolving information systems, managing projects from planning through implementation and supervision, with a focus on digital transformation. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the definition and evolution of key information systems. 2. Manages SI projects end-to-end, from planning through implementation. 3. Drives digital transformation and continuous improvement across the organization. **Primary Responsibility:** Define, establish, maintain, and evolve an information system (IS), in accordance with policies issued by the IT department, to manage the information required for carrying out the functions of all organizational staff. **Specific Responsibilities:** **1\. PLANNING:** Analyze and estimate necessary resources, including internal and subcontracted personnel, development and implementation timelines, and requirements for hardware, software, and communications. Estimate development costs and define team training needs prior to implementation. **2\. DIRECTION AND CONTROL** of project execution. Analyze progress status, identified deviations, encountered issues, and potential risks. Prepare progress reports. **3\. EXECUTION:** In defined cases, additionally perform the following functions within the project: * Define IS objectives and requirements jointly with involved user teams. * Analyze, evaluate, and participate in selecting commercial off-the-shelf software, where applicable. * Convene and lead meetings with users, producing documentation of approved topics. * Define and design the data model and interactions with other systems, if any. * Identify operational, execution, security, and control requirements. * Define and oversee the IS deployment process. * Actively contribute to evolving systems toward digital transformation models, promoting continuous improvement, process digitization, and adoption of new technologies aligned with organizational strategy. **4\. SUPERVISION AND CONTROL** of correct application of defined methodologies and standards. * Education: Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Technical knowledge: SAP R/3 and S4/Hana, ABAP, and Power Automate. * Experience: Industrial and logistics domain applications or solutions. * Competencies: Analytical ability and business process knowledge. * English proficiency.
