




Job Summary: An administrative support position involving invoice review, handling overdue payment claims, and receiving/sending orders. Key Points: 1. We are seeking a candidate for an administrative support role in Bilbao. Main responsibilities include reviewing invoices and their due dates, as well as managing overdue payment claims. You will also be responsible for receiving and registering orders, and subsequently dispatching them to suppliers. In addition, standard administrative duties will be performed. A temporary full-time contract is offered, with a weekly working schedule of 40 hours. Working days are Monday through Friday, on a split shift between 08:00 and 17:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in order management. * We seek a proactive and willing individual. * Residency near the workplace is advantageous. * Familiarity with SAGE. Native or advanced Spanish proficiency. Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Administration.
