Physiotherapist

Description

We are looking for a physiotherapist to join a residential care facility and day center serving 55 users and 5 CD. Main responsibilities: * Individualized assessment and follow-up of users. * Design and implementation of physiotherapy intervention programs. * Conducting individual sessions tailored to each user's needs, as well as facilitating small-group sessions and group workshops. * Collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team and preparation of PIAIS (Individualized Care Plans). Requirements: * Degree in Physiotherapy and prior experience in geriatrics, socio-healthcare, or similar roles. * Ability to work effectively in a team, with a multidisciplinary approach, and strong communication skills, along with a close and empathetic relationship with users and their families. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility.
