




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to handle office tasks, answer phone calls, manage documents, and support the team in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, office management, document filing, invoice and delivery note control, as well as other routine daily tasks. This is a full-time position with 30 working hours per week, Monday to Friday, morning shift from 9:00 to 15:00, including legally mandated breaks. We require strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while supporting the team in various administrative activities. * Minimum six months of relevant experience. * We seek an organized and solution-oriented individual. * Proximity to the workplace is a plus. Fluent spoken and written Castilian Spanish. * GM in Administration.
