Reporting to the IT Director, the candidate will lead a team of 2 people and assume global responsibility for the company's ICT systems. They will coordinate the internal technical support, systems, and network teams, ensuring availability, security, and evolution of the technological infrastructure. Main responsibilities include: Defining system architecture, services, connections, and communications to guarantee scalability, availability, and business continuity Defining, installing, maintaining, and optimizing servers, systems, cloud services, networking, and telecommunications Managing inventory of ICT services, licenses, and infrastructure devices Coordinating internal technical staff and external vendors Defining and updating departmental policies and procedures Continuously monitoring incidents to identify and implement improvement projects Managing internal and external support services, ensuring quality standards and SLA compliance Managing technology vendors Controlling the departmental budget Ensuring secure connectivity among different sites and with external entities Offered: Direct and indefinite hiring Hybrid work format (2\-3 days remote) Career development path within an established organization Publication Date 26/02/2026 Requirements Qualification: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or Engineering degree Preferred Experience in virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) Experience with backup solutions (Symantec, Veeam) Knowledge of SQL databases Experience with Windows Server and Linux environments Knowledge and configuration of Fortinet firewalls Technical English proficiency Minimum Requirement: Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT systems environments Experience in industrial or production environments (positively valued) Leadership and team coordination capabilities Education: Engineering or Computer Science degree Preferred: CFGS with extensive experience Mandatory: Experience in IT infrastructure management Solid knowledge of servers and networks Experience in incident management and continuous improvement Vendor and budget management capability Other Requirements: Analytical ability and orientation toward continuous improvement Communication and cross-functional coordination skills Willingness to travel occasionally between sites Submit CV
