With offices in Spain, Italy, France, Mexico, and Brazil, we lead the sector by attracting talent for Investment Funds, Portfolio Companies, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Developers, Consultants, Utilities, Equipment Manufacturers, EPC Contractors, and Solar PV, Onshore Wind, Offshore Wind, Biomass, Hydropower, Energy Efficiency, Energy Storage, and Hydrogen O&M companies. ### **Responsibilities** Lead the strategy, operations, and maintenance of a utility-scale solar asset portfolio, maximizing performance, availability, and profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead O&M teams across multiple countries (LATAM / Europe) * Supervise contracts: O&M, EPC * KPI management: + PR (Performance Ratio) + Availability * Technical and economic optimization of assets * SCADA supervision and monitoring * Budget management (OPEX / CAPEX) * Stakeholder engagement (funds, utilities, clients) ### **Requirements** **Experience** * +10 years in renewables (solar preferred) * +5 years leading O&M teams * Experience with utility-scale plants **Technical** * SCADA / Data analytics * Asset management * O&M and EPC contracts **Leadership** * Multi-country management * Strategic + operational focus * Advanced English (essential for regional roles) Flexible: Madrid / Chile / Mexico On-site model
