




Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Technician to manage licenses, monitor OCAs, handle budgets, coordinate suppliers, and ensure the proper operation of the delegation network. We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Technician to work from our HQs located in Getafe, Madrid. Job Functions and Responsibilities: Process activity licenses, Industrial Registry, construction licenses and permits. Manage and monitor PCI, B.T., and A.T. OCAs. Manage and coordinate external supplier budgets and services. Maintain continuous contact with business units to understand and anticipate issues, coordinating across different departments. Ensure the proper operation of Northgate’s delegation and workshop network through management of properties, facilities, and equipment. Identify properties and/or land for establishing new workplaces or improving existing ones. Install, maintain, and resolve incidents related to charging points. Manage photovoltaic infrastructure, repairs, maintenance, and incidents. Manage energy bill payments (e.g., Iberdrola) or payments related to charging points and photovoltaic systems. Implement modifications to facilities and technologies. Ensure property feasibility in accordance with business-derived technical requirements (location, layout suitability for workshops, vehicle storage capacity, utilities). Manage and monitor engineering projects. Requirements Willingness to travel nationwide and visit delegations across Spain. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent outside the office. Academic background in Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. 3–5 years’ experience in Facility Services and Real Estate management, project management (urban planning, construction, or civil works), and supplier coordination. Experience working with Public Administrations (Municipalities, Regional Governments, Industry Departments) is desirable. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. Knowledge and experience in PCI and B.T., Occupational Health and Safety (PRL), and Environmental Management are advantageous.
