**Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation projects, seeks to hire 1 Technical Supervisor to provide support on construction projects managed by the Lugo Management Office. **Workplace** -------------------- * Lugo **Responsibilities and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organize on-site activities according to instructions from the Site Manager, ensuring work quality and performance. * Assist in planning operations, preparing budgets, and setting out works. * Organize and coordinate work teams, providing specific task instructions to operators. * Schedule and verify activities carried out by collaborators and their teams, as well as receipt of materials and supplies at the site or warehouse, following instructions from the Site Manager. * Be responsible for machinery assigned to the project, confirming its receipt and reporting incidents (breakdowns, supply issues, maintenance needs). * Supervise project execution through measurements, productivity calculations, and material control. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the site safety plan, as well as existing specifications regarding quality and environmental standards. * Draft and sign off on corresponding work reports, immediately reporting any accidents or anomalies occurring on site. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the stated requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either by passing evaluation tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits for this vacancy. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * FP II or CFGS in Agricultural Specialties, Building and Civil Engineering, Electricity and Electronics, or Installation and Maintenance (qualification officially recognized in Spain) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Eligibility to formalize a training contract for acquiring professional practice linked to the qualification required in this vacancy (for this purpose, no more than 3 years may have elapsed since completion of the qualification, or 5 years if a disability certificate is provided; nor may a previous training contract linked to the same qualification have been formalized for longer than 6 months) * Valid Spanish driving license type B, currently in force. **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Additional training, distinct from that specified under Requirements, in civil engineering or construction * Additional training, distinct from that specified under Requirements, in Cartography (GIS or CAD) * Additional training, distinct from that specified under Requirements, in surveying or setting out on site * Additional training, distinct from that specified under Requirements, in office software * Drone operator license * Additional training, distinct from that specified under Requirements, in team management #### **Languages** * Galician Level: C1 ### **Prior Experience** * From 3 months up to 2 years’ experience in civil engineering or construction, recognized under professional categories other than Technical Supervisor (experience evidenced by employment contract). **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 6 months, with possible extension for another 6 months, if applicable. In case a training/practice contract is formalized, the candidate’s qualification must be directly related to the duties of the position offered, and the candidate must perform tasks appropriate to their qualification, thereby obtaining professional practice consistent with their academic level. + Full-time working schedule.
