An **INDUSTRIAL** company requires a **TECHNICIAN** for its **PRODUCTION OFFICE**, located in **BOIRO**.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* **COORDINATE**, **SUPERVISE**, organize, and support **PRODUCTION** staff.
* Promote effective **ORGANIZATION** and establish an efficient communication **FLOW** within the department (including communication among different shifts).
* Organize daily and weekly production planning for the assigned **SHIFT**, allocating necessary **HUMAN** and **MATERIAL** **RESOURCES** to ensure timely and proper execution.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of **PRODUCTION LINE** operations and related facility management, enabling start-up/shutdown/program selection on zones/equipment as required.
* Ensure proper implementation of applicable **QUALITY**, **OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY**, and **ENVIRONMENTAL** standards throughout the entire production process.
* Supervise detailed execution of production processes, guaranteeing correct application of any other defined internal operational procedures (**STANDARDS**).
* Identify **DEVIATIONS** in production, **QUALITY**, or **PERFORMANCE**, analyze their root causes, and promptly propose **CORRECTIVE** or **IMPROVEMENT ACTIONS**.
* Serve as the department’s **RESPONSIBLE** representative when coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and proper incident management.
* Monitor key **INDICATORS** and report them to the Production Manager at the required frequency.
* Participate in training, evaluation, and development of personnel under supervision.
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
REQUIREMENTS
* Technical education: Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle, or **INDUSTRIAL**-related qualification (e.g., Industrial Maintenance).
* Minimum **3 YEARS** of **INDUSTRIAL** sector experience, especially in **PRODUCTION** areas.
* Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
* Residence in Boiro or nearby areas and/or willingness to relocate.
